Harry Potter and the Half Blood Prince is coming tonight!!!!

when this thread was made, there were 10 hours, 32 minutes, and 34 seconds left until midnight tonight, when Harry Potter is coming out, FINALLY!! WAHEY
so, clearly no one cares as much as me…but isn’t there anyone out there on these forums who’s just a little bit as excited as I am? because man, I’m so freaking stoked, it’s almost here, SO CLOSE!! I’m so excited, I’m gonna go somewhere and be excited now, bye

by the way, now there’s only 10 hours, 31 minutes, and 8 seconds left!!! GETTING CLOSER ALL THE TIME

my brother is at the bookstore getting right now

Harry Potter are great books ofcourse, won’t be buying it any time soon though, local bookstores are a bunch of ripoffs

EDIT to my above post.

My brother and i thought it came out today. Ill just have to wait till tomorroww…

Well Mr. Potter, I am too, very exited for the book, but I sincerely hope your son, Harry, isn’t as whiny in this one as in The Order of the Phoenix.

I might head down and pick up a copy tonight… Then again, we have some pretty ugly kids here, and I don’t wanna be at at B&N when they come out. Ugly kids scare me.

Yeah, I wana read it really bad, I ordered thrue amazon like 5 months ago, My copy comes tomarow.

My wife works at Barnes & Noble and is extremely glad not to be working tonight.

Her store has issued 1500 “bracelets” for customers who pre-ordered the book and 1000 “bracelets” for walk ins.

At midnight all the 1500 pre-orders get to come in and buy the books they have reserved.

After they’re done the 1000 walk-ins get to come. Since there is no limit - as far as my wife knows - to how many each walk-in can buy and there are only 1000 copies available, some people are going to wait a very long time only to be turned away.

You could say that again!

I’ll wait for the hoopla to dye down and get it from the library.

BJ’s or Costco. There’ll be plenty of copies and the price will be cheaper.

Just got back from a release party for it. My girlfriend dressed up as Tonks and I dressed up as Lupin (werewolf lupin). It was pretty cool.

My brother bought the book this morning! So err, I’ll just nick it off him and read it AND TELL YOU ALL HOW IT ENDS, MUHAHAHAHA.

Point in case: NERD

edit- and it’s “case in point”

I love it when unicyclists, known for their iconoclastic ways, display their tiny closed minds.

Went to Costco today for some beverages and they have lots of copies for the taking.

I just got my book in the mail.

Someone call him a poophead so I can have a laugh
