Harper, this one's for you!

Finally Harper, I can end your misery! Having Byron join our uni club here in Vancouver has resulted in not only having another fine uni pal to ride with BUT, and this is particularly of interest to you, Greg, he has a camera and is willing to take pics even after he has been through downpours of rain and giant west coast mud puddles.

Well hope this works… I’ll start with just a picture of that Bedford MUni I keep bragging about:

and if that works… a few more MUni ride pics may follow.

Enjoy yourself Greg!!!

Cheers,
Erin

Hi Erin,

Nice pics. The wooded terrain looks like the sort that I like to ride
in. I enjoy riding in the snow, but I would rather be where you are at
the moment. Me and my pint sized partner were out riding in the snowy
woods just yesterday. It’s supposed to get down to -15F tonight and
tomorrow.

I can’t wait for summer…

Cheers,

Jason

what is taking Harper so long to respond?he must be really buzy or have a darn good excuse.i checked this thread 3 hours ago and im still waiting!

:stuck_out_tongue:

THAT’S WHAT I’M TALKIN’ ABOUT! Snaps. Excellent color on the uni, more toward the peach side of the spectrum than the industrial flourescent orange I was thinking of.

Sorry I took so long to respond. I went to a massage therapist and then out for Thai food. Life is tough.

Nice photos. Everyone likes pictures. Try to describe that scenic ride through the lovely, dew-laden woods of the Pacific Northwest with words. But where are the shots of all of your new tools, your pets that watch you work on your uni’s and go on rides with you, your cool unicycle rack, and the bathing suit shot with the blue Jugglebug? You’ve got some catching up to do, girl.

… bathing suit with blue Jugglebug… WAIT A MINUTE… you’ve got me there!!!

Erin

Have you seen mine?

Re: Harper, this one’s for you!

Harper

The color in the picture is off a little. The frame is very orange !

http://community.webshots.com/user/bedford_uni shows the color much
better.

WOW Harper , that blue juggle bug beats any ‘girl on the hood of a car’ ad I have EVER seen!!!

What a hottie!

I can never beat that…

how 'bout this shot taken by a local bike mag journalist recently?

Erin

Re: Re: Harper, this one’s for you!

Yes, I’ve seen those photos. that was what I was expecting Erin’s frame to look like.

Don’t give up without trying. I think it’s a contest you could win handily.

I like seeing those newspaper and magazine photos. There seem to be more and more of them and all of them have been positive lately.

no offence meant, but that picture gives me the FEAR.

None taken. Quite the contrary.

I hope I dont get that close to my uni…yikes!:frowning:

Erin,

I hope you don’t mind, I did a little contrast adjustment on your pick -helps bring out the details.

-Christopher

That was so funny… we laughed for 10 minutes or more about that pic… great job on the ‘contrast adjustments’ pal!

Erin

Erin,

I’m not sure I’d be caught uni’ing with a bear behind.

Bruce

what kind of tire is on that thing. It looks pretty good for muddy conditions.

Also, is that a White doublewide?

The tire is a 2.3 Stout (which actually works out to be a 2.5 - don’t ask me to explain the math!). Rim is an Alex DX 32.

all in all, an awesome combo!

Erin

really? rim doesnt really look like an alex from that angle, oh well. still a darned good rim.

Yeah, it is a great rim. Here is a better shot of it:
