Has it been a year already? Today is Mary’s birthday. She’s a chipper 47 years old and doesn’t look a day over my age. She’s still beautiful after all these years and getting more beautiful with ever year.
After church, I took her to Rockford for dinner at Tumbleweed. Her favorite food in all the world is bar-b-que ribs and Tumbleweed has some of the best. We followed dinner with an afternoon of Christmas shopping together, a rare treat to be together without chasing after the boys’ activities. Found some great deals!!! This morning, we had cinnimon rolls for breakfast, lunch at Tumbleweed, then ended the day with supper at Cinnabun at CherryVale Mall (we didn’t see any grenades exploding in trash cans). It’s a good day when you begin and end the day with cinnamon rolls.
We’re back home and tired and ready to get back to the work week tomorrow morning. It was a good day!
Happy Birthday, Mrs. Yoopers!
Happy Birthday to Mary. She is a fortunate woman to have such a noble husband and great offspring.
And so say all of us.
HAPPY BIRTHDAY!!!
