The forum pages says it’s you’re birthday (no age cited though).
Is your birthday really different than your Join Date of 2005-09-20?
Either way, Happy Birthday. Where can we send your presents?

Miss Ayelery is ageless in her wisdom yet youthful and vibrant of body and soul.
Happy Birthday Miss A. May your days be free of split infinitives, dangling modifiers, and all manner of misplaced punctuation.

Once again, the real Miss Ayelery. She looks much shorter in person.
So Yoopers knows her personaly??
Well sure, I just provided a real live photograph of her didn’t I?

Miss Ayelery can unicycle.
yoopers, that picture made me lauge for about 5 minutes.
My birthday is October 5, Steve dear, which is definitely different than my Join Date. A little investigation on who else shares my birthday might help someone put two and two together, although with all due respect it will take a rocket scientist to make the connection. If my dearest friends Raphael and Greg aren’t up to the task, I daresay no one is.

PS: My sincere thanks to everyone for the kind birthday wishes. Every year is a bit more challenging, and this past year I’ve found it very difficult to maintain a presence in the community. Someone asked if I can ride a unicycle. Yes I can, as dear John noted, although poorly, with skills deteriorating by the day. Would that I were a young girl again!
Bruce dear, please don’t project; it’s in such poor taste, and you’re better than that. It’s especially true now that you’re again gainfully employed, finally a step above the common peninsula bum. While that prunish picture you project of me may be the best you can wrangle, others know better. Others have taken the time to appreciate that while there may be snow on the rooftop, there’s also fire in the hearth.

Happy Belated Birthday, Miss A!
This is definitely your alias. Gotta be it, I’m thoroughly convinced!
Snow on the roof is much easier to come by in certain territories.
For shure!!! Yoopers, you are a regular dectective!!!
I am going to venture a guess. Here are a couple of the birthdays that jump out at me for October 5th:
1713 Denis Diderot France, encyclopedist (Dictionnaire Encyclop‚dique)
1840 John Addington Symonds Brit historian/writer (Probs in Greek Ethics)
My guess, I’m guessing, is familiar with both.
This one may be a coincidence, but may just be a clever little insert from my guess:
1882 Robert Hutchings Goddard Worcester Mass, rocket pioneer
Miss Ayelery joined on Sept 21, 2005, but her first post was not until Sept 28, 2005. I suspect that the idea for Miss A occurred to my guess around the 21st but some planning as to how to present her came before the decision to introduce her. My guess had posted in Just Conversation before this time, but did not start regularly posting in Just Conversation until about Oct 2, 2005 around the same time Miss A appeared on the scene.
The expression Mind Your Ps and Qs is possibly of British origin, at least according to the Word Detective.
What I am uncertain of is whether Study Hall is an expression used in the UK. (Though there is nothing to prevent my guess from being familiar with this term used in the US.)
Miss Ayelery has posted on other forums, notably a cycling forum and a circus forum.
So my guess for the identity of Miss Ayelery is…
…drum roll please…
…I can not bring myself to write the word. Despite the fact that she herself challenged me to sleuth out her identity, I do love her persona so that I can not utter a name lest the flame of passion be snuffed.
I think most who have been paying attention will recognize from the above to whom I refer.
