You’ve confused me now, dear. You say “Again, Happy Birthday…” as if you had wished me Happy Birthday once before, yet I don’t find any earlier post from you in this thread. Then you say “and again I am insulted”, but again*, I see no earlier dialog with you on this thread, insulting or otherwise.
Am I missing something dear? Or perhaps the earlier post you are referring to was when you were logged in under an alternate name?

Thank you for sharing “persnickety”. I enjoy the second definition: “requiring great precision”. That seems quite appropriate for a group of unicyclists, wouldn’t you agree?
As for punctilious, I prefer its synonym: “careful” (def.: marked by attentive concern and solicitude). But even punctilious as defined by M-W seems appropriate to these fora: “marked by or concerned about precise accordance with the details of codes or conventions”. As my star pupil John Foss would say, Read the Rules!.
It is nice to see that you’ve come around dear. I was quite hurt by your earlier vituperative posts. You were clearly falling beneath your own standards of conduct.
