Looks good, any ideas for making carbon unis?
what did you use for the mould? I have been wanting to do some things like that. I was wondering what sorts of foam or whatever would take the 120 degrees c that I typically cure at.

It seems like applying the rear brake would work against the suspension by applying a counterclockwise moment to the seat stay. Have you noticed this at all? Also, have you done the equations of motion for that rear linkage?
