i think it’s some strange monowheel, you stand on the flat thing at the bottom, and holds the handle at the top.
I guess it’s either 1 or 2 metre in diameter.

I can find the kevlar wick for myself. 
It’s 4" in diameter, and 5" wide.
And it has to be BALANCED, or it’s of no use to me.
