Well, it’s a quick fix, but certainly not the end of the road… 
Unfortunately the ignore list feature is not currently working. I just put you in my ignore list and I can still see your messages. 
The ignore list used to work, but broke when Gilby made an updage to something on the server.
Whoever the kid is, he’s just bored. He’s also a human being and of course deserves not only a chance, but someone to give him something to do, like learning to uni. Get him something to get excited about and see how his posts change. Right now the kid’s just stuck at nowhere at all . . .

I disagree. Well, not about the bored human part, but about the happy happy thought that giving the cretin something to get excited about will make him grow up. I know guys like him - he’d as soon flip you off or give details about how he just banged your mother as listen to patient instruction. Years of maturing or maybe years of therapy may do the job.

By filing abuse claims with the following people and it will be handled. He is posting so far from two locations, one of which appears to be his home and the other appears to be a school or a learning center.

This IP is owned by Telwest Broadband of the UK. Grogboy is using their consumer level ISP service known as “blueyonder”

Then Joe won’t be able to post from school since he is on the same IP cause he goes to the same school.
So we agree blocking is not a solution. Just a easy way to avoid symptones, and not tackling the problem.
Actually besides that Grogboy talks too much (which is for the most part HIS problem), what is the problem?

And so I suggest that if you have troubles with Grogboy you go into a straight dialog with him about it, or ignore it completely, rather than block his freedom of speech.

And the hundreds of bona fide unicycle enthusiasts have to wade through all his assinine posts to get to legitimate responses? I’d call what he did electronic stalking.

Well we know who he is. We know one of the locations that he has posted from. One solution would be to find out if his school has any sort of a TOS for getting to play on the computers and accessing the internet.
It’s more like electronic vandalism.

It may be slightly off topic, but we seem to be discussing the rules of polite behavior in posting here. These wonderful and gentle comments of MikeFule (and MSCALISI and others, above) apply to clowns, too. Some who visit this site are clowns, some are clownophobic. You risk offending many when you use these terms as hate speech.
Also, if you do call someone a clown, watch out, because clowns aren’t like us. They have been known to conspire during unicycle races and artistic competitions, to knock clownophobic competitors out of the race using dirty tactics… They don’t value life the way we do, they carry disease, they don’t work, they reproduce like cats (did you ever see how many they fit into those timy cars!!), and they’re probably laughing at us right now…
OK, so I’m no expert on international internet law but, if any of the female members to whom he’s made inappropriate, solicitous comments were minors, couldn’t he be arrested under child pornography laws? Especially since the IP addresses from which he posts are known?
That’s a little overboard underdog…wishful thinking but overboard…
One of the great thing about a “community” is that it actually has something going, and here it is the fantastic sport of unicycling. Therefore it is our option to take this kid in and perhaps amke some kind of difference rather than simply tossing him on the scapheap or writing him off as someone elses problem.
If Tommy T. took the guy to his class, jacked him with his enthusiasm and personal stoke, and mentored him for an hour a week on a uni, I like the chances of us having another contributing member in our community.
Chucking him aside so we can get back to conversations about air seats and hub grease is going for the short dollar in my book.
