And what does the ignore list do? I have never used it to know.
I have about 10 users on my ignore list. It blocks their posts from being visable to you. It also blocks any threads they have made.
that just sounds stupid and awkward to follow a conversation if some of it is missing. I wont be using that then

It depends on who you block. Block a user that mainly cusses, and flames people, then youre not missing out on anything.
suppose so, I haven’t seen many around recently, the violence has died down now.
Even if they’re the rudest, most vulgar, off-topic person ever to walk the intarn3tz, I could not stand not seeing what they post, the curiosity would kill me. I only tried blocking someone one time and then unblocked them the same day.
Same here. I’ve blocked lots of lame-ass homophobes, ijiots, etc. on the forums but after a while I usually just think what they say is funny so I take them off my list.
I’ve got far too little drama in my life to justify adding someone to my Ignore List.

I really have little to no drama in my life either, but I still use the list. Well, there isnt a connection of the list and drama for me. I just dont want to read stuff like “Yo niggaz gotta get yo shit pimpin.” and seeing the flaming that gets out of hand, or pictures of elephants sucking themselves off.
It allows them to start threads about you that you are oblivious to. And just as well.
But it kinda puts a special spin on the joke, don’t you think.
Like, the reason he has no responded is because he is NOT EVEN AWARE of this thread, unless a friend emails him about it.
Is that why you did it? Most of the time, when someone finds out they are on someone’s ignore list, they make posts about them, put them in the sig, and start threads about them, like you did here.
