I was wondering what the best/cheapest way to change the size of pictures in windows XP is. Does XP have any tools to do this, or will I need to download a third party?
Thanks,
Daniel

Irfanview is Windows XP freindly and it’s free. If you have Microsoft Office, Microsoft Photo Editor is included in the package. Some PC Magazines offer free CD-Rom disc on their front cover on their magazines, Offer free Full working Version of some Tools or Software for example. Go to your newsagent and have a browse at some PC Magazines. Adobe is another one of their software for Windows XP.
Goodluck Daniel.

I use Irfanview all the time for both image resizing and image viewing. It probably is the best free imaging software you can find. I’ve got an old copy of Photoshop for more in-depth image editing, but Irfanview works great for basic stuff.
