For those of you without unicyclist.com galleries, and for when the gallery is down…

Google is accepting video files of ANY length and ANY size to upload and download for free. I love Google!

I hope they set up something similar for audio files. I’ve just tested it out for myself. The 3.4MB WMV file uploaded at around normal upload speeds of 16kb/sec for our connection which is nice. You need a Gmail account to use this service. If you want one, ask me and I’ll send you one of my 50 invites as Gmail is still currently invite only.

I’m also about to attempt to upload one of my band’s songs disguised as an AVI file…hopefully that will work.

Okay, after more reading I’ve discovered that Google isn’t at the stage in this program’s development where the videos are available for public viewing. I’ll let you know when they are.
