Google and real estate sites

Most of my web sites are updated in Google
in about 6 to 8 weeks.

Now I have several experiences, that real estate sites
are far more often updated and indexed.

On 2 real estate sites from me, updates appear in
Google in 2 or 3 days.

What other site types are fast updated?

I think any site that changes often is updated in Google more often.

Actually, Google hasn’t had a real update since March and there’s
really no point in discussing Google again until they show some sort of
consistency (apparently some big update is coming in July or August).
In the meantime they have some of the shittiest results I’ve ever seen.
In one of my competative categories, three of the top 5 sites are
supported entirely by guestbook links.

Yeah they need to fix that. People post on my guestbook on gilby.com
just to get the link on the page. It’s pathetic and annoying.

This happened at a complete new site.
After only 3 days in Google.
