I found this from a very reliable source:
More than 2,500 left handed people are killed every year from using right handed products.
I’m left handed! I’m going to die, only because people in this world don’t care about us!!
I’m left handed also. Just remember, not all right handed people are “special”.
Wow, 0.00004% or the population! I’m also left handed…we’re more creative.
Andrew
LEFTY!! pft! boooo!! this world is what it is because of left handed people, I wouldn’t be surprised if Gilby was a lefty.
tch, asmunky.
One time I burned myself on apple cider because the ladle was right handed.
Is it a sign?
Definitely. Never touch a hammer. It might be for decent, right handed people, like me :p.
But hammers are symmetrical…
One time I found a right handed spoon. I mean, a spoon!!! What kind of a moron right handilizes a spoon?!?!
Oh, and in Tech, the table saw is right handed. I could cut off my finger!! And then I could never Rubiks Cube again… That would be terrible…
Obviously you haven’t played Day of the Tentacle.
Ahh. LucasArts games are so great. Or atleast used to be. Damn no one makes good adventure games anymore. Like Monkey Island and Sam & Max Hit the Road.
edit. And let’s continue this game conversation somewhere else, so we’ll stay on topic and Ken will be happy.
No, I’ve never played Day of the Tentacle.
Have you ever played Half Life? It’s the scariest game in the world. You walk around, in the dark, waiting to kill someone, AND THEN A BRAIN BUG JUMPS OUT AND EATS YOUR HEAD OFF!!! It’s so scary…
Edit: Oops, sorry, I got off topic too… Okay, back on topic:
Did you know that game is extremely difficult to play when you switch the mouse to left handed? And it’s really funny when you switch it without telling anyone.
“Oh! I cut my finger off! This drill press was made for right handed people! Oh no!”
Oh you left handers whine about everything… Maybe left-handed people are just careless.
No, right handed people are careless. Careless enough to not care for lefties.
And you can’t cut your finger off with a drill press. You can only drill a hole through it.
And I’m not whiny enough to have the mouse permanently switched to left handed. I actually have to endure the torture of using it right handed. Actually, it’s really easy, but whatever.
And after that they go and sue the company who made the press. And some how they can even win. I can’t remember right now where the page was, but on some page were a lot of these stupid signs and writings found on different machines. Found on a chainsaw: “Don’t try to stop the chain with your hands if the chainsaw is running.”
Whew! What kind of a dumb ass would try that. Someone left handed?
No, because left handed people statistically are smarter than righties. So HA!
Are you sure that you don’t use a right-handed rubiks cube?
I’m almost positive that it’s not a right handed Rubiks Cube. I bought mine specially, so it’s an ambidextrous cube. See, I care about it being left + right hander friendly. Other people just don’t…
I beg to differ. I knew someone who was using an industrial drill press, or it might’ve been a lathe, (he wasn’t very clear, as at the time I didn’t know which either were) and he was screwing in a bit on the chuck. Sadly the chuck key was chained to the chuck. As he did this, someone accidentally stepped on the pedal that turned the thing on, and it ripped his middle finger off (he was right handed). Not only did it get the finger, it got the whole tendon from his shoulder. So the morale of this story is that something like a drill press or lathe can rip your finger off, and it can also rip the tendon off too (the tendon severed at the shoulder and was pulled out of his arm, while still attached to his finger, which was later reattached). Sweet dreams (sarcasm intended )
BTW, I’m right handed.
Oh, I guess you can cut your finger off using a drill press, then.
Thank you for correcting me.
Where would the world be without Left Handed Rulers?
