Gone very quiet

It seems to have gone very quiet out there.

I’m anoyed I couldn’t go, but work has to be done… sarah

Re: Gone very quiet

It’s been so quiet that Sarah’s post didn’t even make it to the mailing list.
Her post (that started this thread) is on the newsgroup but did not make it to
the mailing list.

Re: Gone very quiet

Hello Sarah, you missed another good one… I arrived for lunch and watched
UNIverse while munching on my sarnies and then did an hour or so in the hall. We
had four teams for hockey with team captains - Rocket, Roger, Richard and myself
(… perhaps I need a new name beginning with an R?)

After the usual round-robin matches we had a challenge match between the
Stourport High team (Will, Stu? and two others … I’m hopeless with names)
against the four captains (as above). They were pretty good - but fortunately
for our pride-sake, we won convincingly … I reckon though by the time we go
to Rocket’s hockey tournament in March they might prove quite a challenge for
other teams.

We had some workshops after & standard level testing, etc and then held a
meeting to talk about the future possibility of a UK unicycle federation. You’ll
be hearing more about this in the weeks to come. Richard was tasked with setting
up an eGroups mailing list.

look forward to seeing you at the next one … 10th Feb.

Cheers

Geoff
