What are they saying??
its a secret…if they wanted us to know, they wouldn’t be speaking in code.
@Gild sounds like Afrikaans:)
Translation: I’ve been Oboe playing in good downhill belgium of tangerine luke location, life in the Burt of Anteater. We miss almonds and Julie, or are they in the Bin?
GROSS!!!
Is Fletcher Blocher flapping and smaking and kicking your mouth?!?!?!
Roast the Anteater readily basting every minute, later cook on 365° because that will make him tender. Here is a link to the recipe. I believe your friend will come out of the Bin and play the Oboe if you cook it for them.
catboy, I would bive you good rep for that if it let me. it’s that good.
I thought you were babelfishing it for like the first sentence, then I cracked up.
AWESOME!!!
As far as I can tell, he was asking about a good place to go downhill in Belgium, preferably near Antwerpen.
Leo answered that there is the place where they held the Muni meet in NL and you can easily get there by train from Antwerpen.
Am I right?
About the witty comments.
I considered giving bad rep for some of the posts. I didn’t because it’s not a big deal to me personally, but If I was jasper_abyss I’d be pissed.
I hate to be brutally honest… but not only is this JC, it’s the english forum. The German forum is just a few notches down. Unless there is something in the post that is not uni related… besides, all conduct has been pretty typical of all JC threads.
I don’t know if he speaks English or German or Finnish, but if he doesn’t, posting in the English forum makes sense.
It may not be untypical conduct, but it the mock-language is sort of equivalent of singing “Entry of the Gladiators” at a unicyclist. Maybe “pissed” was too strong a word, but the joke gets old quick.
I thought it was quite clever.
besides the obvious fact that it didn’t make any sense.
Yes.
Well, the comments say enough about the commenters.
To destroy is always easier than to create. Same for a nice atmoshpere on a forum.
There has been enough fights, even wars, about language (Belgium is already a good example!).
Even in RSU there has been timewasting discussion about the usage of “seat” (en-us) and “saddle” (en-uk).
But let’s cut that, cause else we’ll might get into a catfight, when someone will think (or write): “WTF? it’s in the wrong forum…”, like asking for serious comments/help/hints about unicycling can’t be JC.
haha Catfight…
haha yeah… cause it’s Catboy… so it would be a Catfight.
