I am getting spring fever. The temp was over 10 celcius today. Woo hoo.
its been that for a few weeks in MN
Nice. I hear we’re gonna hit 18 degrees by Friday. I hope so.
Today was first day to wear shorts… and I got all the windows in the house open.
me too!
Weather in the Palouse is being PMSy, as always…yesterday it was in the 60’s and BEAUTIFUL and I went for a wonderful run, but it rained all freakin’ day today, and didn’t get above 50 degrees.
Babies. I wear shorts all year long.
ive been wearing shorts for a few weeks now
this reminds me though, when i went on a ride on saturday, we found HUGE snowbanks, kept insilated by layers of dirt and garbage, it was like 60*
I almost do… if the sun is shining, and it’s not really cold (like below zero F) and the snow isn’t too deep, and I have warm enough upper body clothes, I’ll wear shorts.
But I don’t very often in the winter, except when I’m riding. But I have swithced almost entirely to shorts in the past month+ or so…
It’s getting near the 90’s here. I’d better go buy a pair of shorts…
i would be dieing
I ALWAYS where shorts. All through the winter and summer, the only time I dont is when I have to look smarter for restaurants and the like.

Wow, I woulda thought it’d be hotter over there. It’s approaching 90 here, as well, a couple days of 92 and 93, and with the humidity, it only makes it worse.
We’re in the 60’s up here in the North East. The nights still drop down to the high 30’s / low 40’s though.
I was riding a while after I got home from work last night and after the sun dropped and the wind picked up a bit, I got plenty cold.
I’m looking forward to some nice mid-to-low 70’s!
oh, I do too. and sandals most of the time, if not barefoot…but yes, it is cold anyway.
i chose the wrong week to take apart my wheel. its beauttiful here but it looks like we may get a thunder shower tommorow or thursday. but ill have my uni fully rebuilt and painted all pretty like and take advantage of next weeks brilliant looking weather.

AARGh. It’s warmed up here in the last couple of weeks. But the wind has been horrendous. Not fun riding in it at all.
Cathy
It got warm for a half-day this weekend. Then the rain resumed. We’re in record territory for consecutive days and amounts of rain. That 40 days and 40 nights story in the “holly bibble” novel everyone talks about is nothing like what we’re seeing. Ugh.
The muni trails are mud pits and my trials course is a weedy bog. My unicycles are suffering from seasonal affective disorder.
Yeah, but generally, daisy dukes on a dude doesn’t fly anywhere but certain neighborhoods of San Francisco. (welcome back dave)
My grade 10 science teacher once said he would go around naked all day if he could. It was one of those “I’m scarred for life now and I really wish you didn’t say that because there’s a major unwanted visual happening right now” moments.
And it’s raining here, too.
