getting a handle in the uk?

Where can I buy handles from in the UK? I can’t seem to find any, is it just me not being able to find then on udc, or are the like charizord Pokemon cards and really rare?

Touring bars are listed under saddle parts. I don’t know why. I had the same problem finding them when I first looked.

I had similar issues at one point when I first bought a Shadow Handle. I couldn’t find where it was on the site and have since made a mental note not to forget that.
