Whenever I try to make a new album from my profile it says “dismiss”.
Whenever I try to make one from the gallery itself it says “user name not found”
Any help?
I have EXACTLY the same problem, and i’ve had it since April. So far nothing has changed so don’t get your hopes up. I have also posted about this but no one ever replied…
But this time please, anybody know what to do???

gallery problem
I’m having this problem also, with no response.
If you’re having difficulty logging onto the Gallery what I have found is that it is very case sensitive with respect to your user name and password. For example, I am “JJuggle”, but “jjuggle” works for me when logging into the Forums (Fora for Greg). When I log onto the Gallery, I must use “JJuggle” or it denies my attempt. I believe it is the same for the password.
Also, and this may be excess on my part, I never let the Gallery logon form use the user name/password as it remembers them. I always type them in manually each time.
I created a new Album (and deleted) it as a test and it works.

Doesn’t work for me either and I think I’ve tried everything.
Yeah, I always type PopeSamXVI and my password each time. I still get the erroe message.
