I’d not heard of necklacing and clicked on the link to find out what it was. Now I wish I hadn’t been so click-happy. The practice of necklacing is nothing but torture.
Steve, you are correct. Although anything can be offensive to anyone at anytime, I would never post something intentionally offensive. Of course such a practice was no where near the vicinity of my anticipated response to this photo. My apologies to you for my photo conjuring up bad mental images for you.
