Fw: HOW TO TEACH A SIX YEAR OLD??

Like Imre’s son, our three boys were shown the basics, then they learned on
their own.

Our youngest son learned to ride a month before his 5th birthday. At first he
was only interested in showing off his unicycle, a 12-inch Semcycle XL. He had
no intention of riding it. Then he saw some kids his size from Seth Granberry’s
USA chapter in Auburn, Alabama, riding in a 4th of July parade. He came home
that day started learning.

Two weeks ago we rode in the Christmas parade, in downtown Atlanta. The five of
us who rode with him were barely noticed. He stole the show. Lately he’s been
watching the NUC videotape, and he’s working on riding with one foot.

In our case, seeing is believing.
