Didn’t we have a thread like that before?
Blueberries and strawberries. Heavenly food. Especially blueberries.
Burgers. Mmmmmmmmm.
Dingle berries! Got to love them. (Some one had to say it)
Complaining about food in MR.
I like mangoes! They were cheaper in S. America though…many different varieties too.
strawberries and bananas
random thread Graham lol
How do u eat them?
I just score 4 lines through the skin, peel it down, and eat it off the seed.
One way of eating them is to cut off the two “cheeks” and cut a tic-tac-toe game on the flesh. Then you just invert the cheeks, kind of turning them inside out, and bite off the chunks. You can then eat off the seed after removing the strip of skin.
Personally, I like to peel the whole thing with my teeth and eat if off the seed. No cutting involved. That’s not a good method if you want to share though…
If they’re extra ripe, you can mash the mango (don’t damage the skin) until the insides are mushy, then jam a large straw into the side and drink it.
sounds extra good too.
eat local
More like, what fruit I don’t like. I love all fruits but here’s one called the Durian that I don’t care to have.
The smell evokes reactions from deep appreciation to intense disgust. The odour has led to the fruit’s banishment from certain hotels and public transportation in southeast Asia.
Nice!! I’ll try that. First liquify it then lipo-suction.
Mango season will be coming here in a couple months.
Usually, I like to cut off two of the biggest sides and tictactoe it. Then skin the one peel on the edge and then eat the seed.
Corbin has step by step instructions on mango eating on the website.
Oh god, I’ve eaten durian before…some friends thought it would be a fun, cultural experience…wrong on both counts.
Some people say it is the best thing they have ever eaten in their life. They also said that it gives an extreme feeling of pleasure when you put a piece of it in your mouth. I don’t know if these statements are true, but I would like to try that some day.
I would call them false. For me, it was more like an extreme feeling of gagging.
link please?
does anyone love some of the fruits that post here regularly?
Had you actually read the posts already made in this thread, you’d know that question had been addressed.
no one mentioned YOU!!!
(and i thought you’d be feeling neglected…)
