I asked at the local bike shop whether they knew anyone who might want to sell
a used 24 inch doublewide rim, and they gave me a name. I called him this
morning, and–when he learned I was “the unicyclist”–he said he’d give it to
me. By the time he came by my house to drop it off, he had rounded up an Arrow
2.8 tire to go with it.
Aren’t people great!
