Heard about this on the TV the other day. Been using it for a couple weeks with pretty good success. The only “problem” is it initially uses voice prompts and doesn’t always “undertand”. It does get you to an operator after two failed tries.
The report said it is “free” because you may have to listen to a short advertisement while you’re being connected. None yet but I’m sure that’s to come.
