Hey guys, I found an awesome deal on the Canon HV20 HD camcorder. This camera is considered by many to be the highest quality consumer HD camcorder currently available. I got mine for $529 from Circuit City. They are selling it so cheaply because recently the Canon HV30 came out, but the thing is, the image quality is identical. The only difference with the HV30 is that it is black instead of gray, has a slightly better LCD, supports 30p filming (we wouldn’t use this as unicyclists anyway since we want slow motion) and a different zoom button. The HV30 costs 800 dollars so you are saving yourself $270! The HV20s aren’t advertised on their website anymore and may not be on display so you have to call and ask if they still have any in stock.
