I once had a friend who said he hoped Bob Dylan lived forever because he dreaded the day he died and the radio airwaves, as flooded as they already were with his music, became wall to wall Dylan.
I wish immortality for Steve Miller.

you, raphael.
John Lennon…it is, unfortunately, a little late for that though…
Brittney Spears?
My grandma. Seriously
Richie Benaud, as cricket commentary will never be the same once he departs.
Gilby.
Unless I’m very much mistaken, Formula 1 survived despite the retirement of Murray Walker.
As did rugby union without Bill McClarren.
Benaud is about the only commentator who does not talk rubbish or hype. He’s one of the few left who can help the game with calm pragmatism. Despite the fact that he played the game in a generation which was very different he has never lost the ability to judge the game and how it should run effectivley. Indispensible for me.
And I do so miss Murray Walker

I hope Bush lives forever, and that the 2 term amendment is repealed!
Steve Irwins daughter, we would be hearing about it for years, especially if it was an accident involving animals.
although my Bindi Irwin excercise DVD might be worth a little.
Why his daughter specifically?
I wish Steve himself was still alive…
Well Steve is already gone, i do not think the Australian economy can survive if we loose Bindy too.
Dont get me wrong, Wteve Irwin was one of the greatest blokes alive but the fact that he ‘was’ alive kinda makes it hard for me to wish him immortality…
