ok so i seem to put my pedal on a weird part of my foot when riding and hoping. My shoe is like this on the pedal - forgive the rather nasty picture courtesy of the gimp.
I think most riders have their foot much more at the front of their shoe. What’s the advantage and disadvantage of this? And should I try and change? Or should i just be different? I haven’t noticed anyone riding with their pedal nearly as far back as me, and i’d be interested to get some medical and general opionions on this, especially since i’ve injured my foot pretty badly 4 weeks ago and it’s still not healed.
