I went to the skatepark today with my friend and we (well not friend because he is crapper than me and he had stupid pedals) attemtped some grinds. It was my first time and I always wanted to grind but by the end all I could achieve in consistancy was 30cm grinds that did’nt have very good technique. I did do one 95cm grind and I was happy bout that. It was a boxrail, it wasn’t flat, like a 45 degree angle, and the hole metal bit on the concrete was 3 meters but I couldn’t do it all.
Any tips, I think fear is getting in the way and I don’t have the rite technique.

Keep trying…you’ll accomplish your goal! BTW - you should take a
look at this pic of Keely Hazell with her boobies totally exposed: http://notsafeforkids.com/?page_id=2201
For grinding, just ride fast and go for it. Make sure you don’t lean back to far either. It doesn’t really matter if you fall leaning forwards to far but leaning back too far can hurt.
