Sorry to hijack your post. I’ve seen pedals like these w/ minimal holes. Is there any reason for these being constructed as they are and what are they ideal for?

totally off subject… Hey “Pigs” Nimbus Brewery is here in Tucson. I was thinking of riding my Nimbus Unicycle in and looking for some free beer… could work
