Hi everyone,
In less than 24 hours i will have finnished my end of school exams! This means for me i can get back on the muni and into the riding routine after so long. I only have a 1 1/2 hour drama theory paper to sit tomorrow before i’m officially free HURAHHH!
All my other exams have gone well, except for physics (but i’m a humanities student so i did not expect to go well in the first place). Overall i am aiming for a result of between 89-95 (out of 100) so that i can be accepted into the university course that i want to do (international relations). We do not get our results till mid december so it will be an agonising wait tempered only by much unicycling, the beach, and copious amounts of alcohol. i’m planning to take a year off to work so i can get government assistance when i eventually do go to university and may end up in the USA or canada on a snowboard/work holliday at the end of next year.
For all you guys (and girls) that will have to do end of school exams in the near future i have found that they are not nearly as bad as the teachers make out to be. Just keep up with your work, do things to keep you stress free (unicycling!) and you will be fine,

BOOYEAH!
well i’m finnished and free- what to do? so many things are now possible! I might go for a unicycle!
It’s partytime untill i get results (or a job) but then even that will give me more time to do stuff i actually want to do. It’s sunny outside, no sign of rain, LIFE IS GOOD!

aaaha people in australia live upside down… thats why I just finish my FIRST term exam and it is strange to hear that you finished your final exam
We go to the beach and have barbeques and lie in hammocks over the Christmas break.

i love australia. i went for a month and the friend i went with had to wrestle me into the plane… i love it there. i’ll be coming back someday, mark my words.
Feel’s grand doesnt it. Maybe now that i’m done i’ll have more time to figure out the not falling off part…haven’t ridden for a few weeks now. I failed every one of my exams miserably. Good thing I don’t want to go to uni anymore.

oi, siege, i noticed you’re in sydney. What area of sydney specifically?
when i was there i stayed with my friend in a rented Centrepoint Tower apartment… it was niiiiiiicceee…
I’m in the eastern suburbs…about 20 mins from the city. About 10 mins from the airport. 5 mins to the beach. I like my area…i’m within an hours drive of everything i’ll ever need.

Ah… good times… i learned to surf a bit down over at Maroubra Beach. We watched a plane spell out an ad for a cell phone company while watching that Sydney-to-some-town-that-starts-with-an-“h” sailboat race…
mebbe i’ll come down under and visit for a bit sometime in the next year or two… better start saving the paychecks… or i’d better start mooching the occasional dollar offa someone…
Holy crap…i’m in the suburb like next to Maroubra. Matraville…if you know it. Sydney to Hobart is the name of the race. I’m a sailor myself. Damn small world it is.

Yeah, Christmas in Australia is the best! This will be my first christmas outside of Australia. Weird thought. It’s so much nicer at home! They don’t get good mangoes down here like they do in Darwin. These Brazillian ones just aren’t the same. I almost convinced my parents to send me to sunshine coast for christmas this year…but it was too late. Oh well. I’ll just have to suffer NZ instead…can’t be THAT bad…

I hate the Texas holiday season.
It was still ~80 degrees today.

oi, siege, i’ma gonna try coming down under this christmas break (about 2 weeks)… depending on how much plane tickets cost, i might wanna hook up and do some riding! either this break or sometime next year. I’m saving my cash after my torker purchase, and i’ll see how well i do. sigh time to work overtime hours…
Hey, you’ve been holding out on us! Another Australian on the site. Where in Australia do you live? I love summer…the days are so much longer. I saw the sunrise at 5am or whenever it was this morning. Unfortunately I couldn’t appreciate it as I was working away madly at my final project for this year of uni which I handed in 30 mintues ago. I haven’t slept since sunday night.
