Seat out front. This allows for maximum leg compression for a bigger jump. Or
you could lower your seat to ridiculous height, but then it doesn’t look as cool
when you ride away after jumping.

I thought I had a picture of this on my website but I guess not yet. I’ll try to
put up some pictures from the '97 NUC soon, including a pic of Andy Schwartz,
winner of the High Jump competition.

What is your favourite thing about unicycling?

Definitely whatever my latest trick is. Wheel walking is a huge buzz because it
only just clicked about two weeks ago (the same time I bought my new unicycle).

Apart from that, bunnyhopping up or down enormously stupid heights is always a
thrill. While I haven’t worked up to picnic tables, i’m definitely getting
