The silliness is some of the best stuff. I like their silly and “serious” stuff. But have you heard Stalk of Wheat? Those lyrics are pushing it, but the song is so cool.

i’m so glad someone has heard of them! yes, crazy game of poker is perhaps my favorite song of all time. ive listened to it hundreds of times (literally). They play it every morning on the school announcements at my high school, and sometimes during the 5 minutes between classes. (The seniors get to choose what goes on the morning announcements). Its basically our school’s fight song hehe

wow that makes me so happy. i havent been into the whole electronic scene for that long, but it certainly is great. i saw squarepusher play in DC, which was amazing, especially since him playing in the US is so rare. anyways, i cant say i know much good electronic outside of what either of us has named, so if you have any other suggestions they would be greatly appreciated. the genre of electronica has some great stuff and a lot of crap, so its kinda hard to find the best stuff. but i cant imagine anything could be better than mr. jenkinson.

I never said i do not like Sublime, I just said that I did’t see anything special about them. They’re a whole lot better than most of the bands out there, but it really wasn’t too revolutionary, it was just a ska/punk band gone mainstream.
