A little philosophic right there… But as far as I’m conserned, after reading the entire book to see what Orwell is saying, I think it sounds very sensible.
Also “Ouch” as most of my friends proclaim as they fall of my unicycle, has become a favourite quote.
A few pretty funny quotes:

A friend wrote it on the whiteboard in the music department back in school days, not sure if he got it from somewhere else though.
That has been around for decades. It is usually presented as grafitti in a university bathroom:

below which appears, usually in a different hand:
“Nietzsche is dead.” - God
I have beaten my favorite quotes so to death, that I’ll spare you all.
Yeah, I thought it would have been. I probably should have mentioned the quote from Nietzsche, should I.

i was about to reply to his post with ‘touche’ but then i got busy at work
