Answer:
When the aircraft moves with 150m/sec and the photo is taken with 1/500
sec exposure time, the aircraft moved only 30cm (1 foot) during the
exposure time.
The photo is taken from the front of the air plane. So the 30cm movement
towards the tower can not be seen as blurry
