Thats a micro scooter. It was a big ‘‘craze’’ in england a few years ago but I still have mine and its top quality They look like that ^^, and have rubber wheels with a compressable brake on the back wheel. They’re also pretty light
it was pretty big over here about 7 or so years ago. it was a big battle between razor and micro.
