Exporting from Adobe Premier Elements?

Does anyone have any knowledge of Adobe Premier Elements?

When I try to export my movie, no matter which file type or resolution I use, it all comes out looking like crap.

The video quality is originally good. I exported it onto a DVD just fine, when I brought it with me to FLUCK. But exporting it any other way just messes it up, as far as I can tell.
(This is on Windows Vista, BTW)

Can anyone help me?

I was just about to ask this question!!
Except with Premiere Pro…for me, I can either export it at a decent file size and horrible quality, or decent quality but a HUGE file.
