Listening to the news this morning on the talking wireless, I hear that they are proposing to change the law of succession so that princesses have equal rights to princes, and so that the heir to the throne will be allowed to marry a Roman Catholic.
I find it deeply heart warming that I live in a country that has this commitment to fairness, gender equality and equal rights in a matter as important as who should inherit the position of Head of State.
Rock on, dudes.

Makes no difference to Charlie boy. But if he popped his clogs, under the new rules, Anne would get the job - and that would rattle a few cages. Under the old rules, she’s about 10th in line because she’s only a girlie. 
This is so much more fun than simply voting for a head of state.
Although I quite like the American system (as demonstrated in the last election but one) where there is a ritual vote, then they guess who won.
I think you’ll find it’s done on who’s brother is governor of california at the time.
i hope so, its only an accident their tiny nation was left off of the british empire lol, but they did win against america too lol (“the mouse that roared” now thats a funny film)
That was a tough loss for us. We were clearly out maneuvered in that skirmish.
Chuck may take the walk a couple more times before he’s done. I’m always thinking about and concerned for his future.
