Has anyone had pain on the backside of their elbow brought on by hopping? My practices of late have included a lot of hopping, mostly stuff from 2 to 10" in height. It’s on the arm that links to the seat.
The pain is located on the back side of the elbow from the tip of the elbow to @2" above(going in direction to shoulder).
Does anyone know what can be done about it like types stretches or strengthening, heat or ice? Last resort is red shirting it for months to heal, but I would like to find out if it can be helped along.
