I have many videos in verious formats that I would like to watch on via a US DVD player, what format should I use?
How do I convert it?
Lastly will the video play the the small size like on my computer or will it strech and deform the video?
What program can I use for puting chapters on the DVD
Thanks

What DVD authoring program do you have? Computers will often come bundled with some sort of CD/DVD recording software and some of them can even do DVD authoring. It depends on what you’ve got.
The format of the video on the DVD is going to be MPEG-2. So the clips in AVI, MOV, and other formats are going to have to be transcoded (converted) to MPEG-2 by the DVD authoring software. That will take time. It’s a slow process.
VideoDVDMakerFREE will make a simple, no title, no menu, correctly formatted DVD form a variety of input files.
ULead DVD Workshop has a free trial download that is a full blown authoring program that is outstanding. You get to use it 30 days before it dies.
