Recently, everytime I reply to a thread I end up with two of the exact same posts. I recently switched from Firefox to Safari on a Mac. Anyone have any idea whats going on?

You should probably post this in the Requests, Questions, and Bugs section of the forum. Gilby is more likely to see it there and will be able to help you with your problem.

I thought that Gilby made it so that there was a delay between posting identical posts so that even the least patient people with the most lag wouldn’t be able to press “Post Reply” twice in a row and have the post show up twice anymore.
The forum has been slow and I haven’t figured out the fix yet. You are likely clicking the post button more than once and therefore the post gets posted twice. With the slowness of the site, its likely that the two requests then get sent one after the other but the time between them are longer than the minimum time limit between posts.
You must work in IT, I used to and our first reply to trouble tickets was always user error 
The only way I’m hitting the button twice is if something strange is happening with my touch pad, which is possible. The site has definitely been super slow, it’s making me nuts, but eventually I’ll slow down enough that it won’t matter anymore.
