In a box of parts I ordered that came today, I got the usual instructions on riding a unicycle and the RWB color schemed unicycle.com sticker but also I go a dope Banjo.Com sticker. I took a pic with my free plastic polariod digicam that I got a few years ago(not from uni.com) so the quality is crap, but hey it works.
I remember my first order from uni.com came with one of those and I just thought “How did they know I played banjo?” Then I found out the banjo and the unicycle seem to be like peanut butter and jelly. It’s wierd. One attracts the other.
I’m still waiting for the Drummond’s to open up accordion.com. I’ll be able to plaster my accordion case with accordion.com stickers.
Yeah if you ask for them they will send them to you. I asked them for a bunch of stickers including the banjo ones with an order and they gave me like 5 colorful unicycle.com ones, 5 B+W ones and 3 banjo.com ones.
I don’t play banjo but randomness makes the world go around. That and inertia.
Hey John, my brother down in San Francisco plays the accordian.

I got one of those banjo ones and wondered what to do with it untill this guy at work said he plays banjo, bingo! I gave it to him. Also checked the site out and found they have other string instruments like violins, which i’m gonna learn to play, maybe unicycles and stringed instruments are like peanut butter and Jelly.

Just look at Kris Holm, violins are one of the things that spurred him to start riding…
My banjo case now has 2 cut down versions of the stickers (too big at first).
Along with an In 'n Out sticker, Dropkick Murpheys, They Might BE Giants, and Boomers Mini Golf.
I didn’t know that Kris Holms plays the violin… I guess for me it’s the other way around. I know if I can learn to ride a unicycle, that if I practice and enjoy it I can learn to play violin : )

I, too, play banjo and am slowing covering my case with banjo.com stickers with each uni.com purchase I make. My parents bought me a banjo to get me to stop unicycling; they think banjo is safer. To get revenge, I’m learning mostly liberal/anti-war political songs.
Also, I first typed in “banjo.com” on a whim and immediately thought I had slipped into the Twilight Zone. The site looks EXACTLY like unicycle.com, except for the name of course. I guess the two really do go together. They’re kinda shaped similarly. And they have a similar reputation: Everyone knows what they are, but no one knows anyone that can use one. I’ve had people ask me about both, “Do people really ride/play those things?”
I got you beat. A person asked me if I really played banjo while I was playing the banjo.
2 months later a boy asked me if I really rode my unicycle while I was riding it.
Some people…
i think im the only one that plays a normal instrument, the bass guitar.
W00t same here brotha… Ive been playing since October '01. And have dabbled in drums too… I guess i have good rythym because I play bass, Tap dance, and drum… I learned to play Wipeout (the entire song) in about 5-10 minutes by ear.
My sister left her bass when she went to college, I was thinking of learning to play.
