If you do, you wont even receive an email saying they sent the item a MONTH later! I opened a paypal dispute and just requested my money back.

You’re not telling us much. Did you order something that was out of stock or on backorder? What did you order? Was your credit card charged before or after the item was shipped? Did the store adhere to their shipping policy?
Their website provides several phone and fax numbers, as well as mailing and email addresses… how many of those did you try? Did they ever send a message explaining the delay? Did you ever ask why there was a delay to begin with?
There are bad retailers, and there are bad customers. We have no idea who is who here… care to straighten us out?
