You have a 35mm camera, and film for such cameras can be purchased in virtually any full-service pharmacy or large grocery store. What type of 35mm film you purchase would depend on what use you plan for it, i.e. bright sunlight shots, sports/action photography, poor or diffused lighting, etc. You can learn more about the different film available here.
As far as I can tell from a quick internet search, the camera you have is a low- to medium-quality SLR first manufactured in 1976 in East Germany, back when it was still East Germany. It has all the basic features you’d want in a starter SLR, built in light meter, removable lenses, full range of shutter speeds, x-contact for flash, etc. These cameras are no longer manufactured, so replacement parts and additional lenses might be tough to come by. That said, there seemed to be a couple folks at least selling such equipment on e-bay.
If you got it free or cheap, good for you. It should be more than adequate to get you going and let you discover whether you have an interest or talent for photography. Good luck!
