Click ‘User CP’ (top right of screen), then click ‘Edit Options’, then click ‘Change Avatar’.
It’s called an avatar and it must be no larger than 60x60 pixels. There’s also a file size limit to it (which I don’t know) but if it’s just a picture then that’s not an issue.

You need to make a GIF file, like my rolly face thingy sig…
to just get a little one like that you need to draw all the frames individually and then put them together using a gif animator program.
tell me what you want and I could do it for you, so long as you didn’t expect it too quickly- i’m lazy…
Fireworks and Flash also export animated gifs, and it’s much quicker
they do, but not many people have got flash or fireworks, cos they’re devilishly expensive. I have tho:D

I’m kidding. alright, here’s what you have to do.
1~ Find yourself a moving avatar-quality picture on the niternet.
It should be small enough so as to be able to fit under your name.(some people will tell you that they must be 60 by 60 pixies but I mean come’on! who’s gonna count pixies!? Btw, my dad always told me that pixies didn’t exist…but I guess he must have been wrong. People will always try to tell you that it can be maximum 20000 bites but once again I must object. I don’t think I even take 20000 bites in a week! so how can you take 20000 bites in a day?)
2~once you’ve got your picture you must click on “user cp” (what does cp stand for I haven’t a clue) then you must click on"…options" (it’s writting in balck and it’s on the top of the screen, but under “chat, gallery,home…”)
3~ once you’ve clicked there you will scrool down until you find avatars. now this is what you’ll do: ~use custom avatar? yes.
~click browse, find the picture you want to use and click on it…
you should be able to figure out the rest…cause I gorget what it is…
