Do you exercise

Let me be the first to say that, I don’t exercise like I should, but I try to workout atleast once a week. I normally end up excerising when I in my basement looking at basketball tapes. That normally gets me pumped to move around. I try to do more cardio though. I just wanna stay in shape for now.

My main sources of cardio are Unicycling and Ultimate Frisbee. For me the two go hand in hand. Every Tues and Thurs before ultimate I do about 10 mi on my 26’er. I find it’s a great warm up for an couple hours of Ultimate Frisbee. I also play frisbee a couple other times a week with out the unicycle warm up. Most weeks I manage to squeeze in a couple extra hours of Unicycling, some times distance, some times trials.

Other then that, I like to go to the beach, and hike.

All in all, I like to stay pretty active.

Re: Do you exercise

No. Not on purpose anyway. I don’t bother going to the gym. If I feel like sweating I can go out unicycling or tramping. Recreation and transport are the main reasons I go out, and excercise is a coincidence. MUni riding is good because it combines a mental excercise with a physical one, making it far more fun. I don’t like the idea of mindless repetitious excercise. If you bulk up your upper body by lifting weights, then your muscles will be extra weight to carry while unicycling.

4-5 hours of (nonstop) dance(ballet and jazz) a day except sundays and major holidays. Anyone who doesnt think thats is excersise is a ****ing retard, its the most physically demanding thing a person can do.

a fairly steady schedule at the gym is important to me, but I then again I could easily take months at a time off and not really worry about it.

I attend some spin classes as well, while my unicycling hours are cut back.

I don’t do any other cardio other than riding in season. (well, Kayaking, as well, once a week perhaps)

I really enjoy anything that mixes fun and exercise

I exercise a bit.

About everyday I lift weights to gain some more muscle on my upper obdy, since I’m quite a skinny guy. I try to concentrate on different muscles in five day cycles. Something like push-ups (I don’t know too much about these terms in english and I don’t have a dictionary available right now) on monday, pull-ups tuesday, muscles on your chest on wednesday… and so on.

For cardio work-out I try to unicycle and ride a bike as much as I have sparetime for. Were supposed to do some swimming and other watersports with a couple of friends in the spring too.

I try not to move as much as possible, my main place is my computer chair, which reminds me, I need to get a new one before I move to Anaheim for college…

I work out 4 times a week…well before i broke my leg I was doing deadlifting on Monday, bench on Wednesday, and squatting on Friday and then like lats and abs and stuff on Saturday.

LOOK!

I’m still in the same spot I was when I last posted here, haven’t moved an inch… okay, maybe like two inches, but I had to lean over to pee in my bucket, HAHAHAH!! yeah… <_<

Yu splt excercie rong.

L dot.

I do 2 1/4 hours of dance a week, 2 hours of taekwondo and unicycle almost every day (to unicycle every day is one of my new years resolutions)

I exercise every day. Every morning i get out of bed, get some coffe, and jog to the gas station for a pack of cigarettes

I go climbing 2-3 times a week for an hour or so. 5+miles on a 24’’ muni once a week, run 1-2 miles a few times a week and juggle way less than i want to.

i’ve been known to jump to conclusions…
