I can’t speak for everyone, but most of us don’t shave (our legs). The
guys anyway.

We also don’t get road rash, which is the primary reason for shaving the legs.

Roadies shave their legs too.

There are two primary reasons why bicyclists shave their legs:
1. Hairy legs and road rash don’t mix at all
2. Hairy legs make leg massages rather uncomfortable
3. To cut down on wind resistance <g>

Unless you have a masseuse (or a masseur) or plan on getting some nasty road
rash, there is no real need as a unicyclist to shave your legs unless you find
it fashionable.

I understand that the main reason bicycle riders shave their legs to avoid
infection in case of an accident. Unicycling is not considered a dangerous
sport so as far as I am concerned… unicyclist don’t shave. Some people might
shave for other reasons. Stay on top,
