Hi, my D’brake bracket says A7075 on it . I think that is the alloy but the picture at UDC says A6061. Trying to get the stiffest bracket or add a brace. Is there a commercially available brace? The design looks weak to me.
You can find a competent welder to add post mounts or IS tabs to the frame.

Turns out, UDC builds all of the Oracle frames now with a welded On brake tab. Call me lazy but I just ordered a new frame from UDC UK so it’s all original. Ordered some organic pads too, we’ll see how that works. Smooth braking will really help in this hilly area.
