Hey folks,
A strange thing happened to my KH 29 rim - one of the hole covers disconnected from the rim and thus the spoke going through that hole, got loose.
It seems there’s no way to put the cover back (perhaps it should be welded?) and without it, the spoke doesn’t seem to have a sufficient hold in the rim.
Any help will be much appreciated.

Those things are called eyelets, and they are essentially just rivets, that are used to reduce the stress on the rim by increasing the surface area that the nipple pulls on. A similar sized washer will do the same job.
