Just a reminder to all to keep yourself hydrated during your distance rides. I did a spur of the moment, impromptu 5 mile ride on a bike trail in 80 degree heat. I drank water before I left off and thought I would be ok for 5 miles. I usually Carry water in my back pack, but my pack was at home. By my last mile back I was extremely thirsty and was getting a bit dizzy and my riding was getting a bit uncontrolled. I dismounted to walk the last 25 yards or so and nearly crashed. Even the walk pushing my uni was Shakey.
Bottom line, don’t set off without adiquit amounts of water, or a plan to get it along the way
