Well when he did that it wasn’t supposed to be magic… He (the real David Blaine) spent an entire week under water, with a regulator and just eating fluids. It was some kind of endurance thing. He even had to sleep undwater.
Then at the end he tried to break the world record for holding his breath under water, I think he only got like 7.5 minutes or something… Like a minute short.
