I am cycling around Africa in five years time do you have any tips for me. I
will be 34 countries and it will probably take many years and cost millions.
Anyone want to join me? I’ll need the company.
Don’t think its impossible, because many years ago during world war two two
people went from Cape Town to Cairo. Considering that they only had old slow
bicycles they did pretty well, we’ll be doing it around Africa but with better
bicycles though.
Please don’t think I’m crazy because we will meet many fabulous places and
people. To name just a few : Mount Kilamanjaro, the island Zanzibar and Lake
Victoria of Tanzania; the most Eastern point of Africa in Somalia; the lowest
point of Africa which is in Djibouti; the Sphinx and Pyramids, etc of Egypt; and
many, many more.
I / we will leave Port Elizabeth, South Africa and go around Africa and arriving
back at Port Elizabeth (my hometown).
Well if you would like to come on this daring challeng just say so :
